DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Voltage monitoring
  1. Poor connector connection
  2. Short to ground in TPS1 signal circuit
  3. Faulty TPS1
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
  • No relevant DTC present
Threshold Value
  • The voltage of TPS 1 is less than 0.10V
  • Short to ground
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous
MIL ON Condition
  • 1 driving cycle
