| DTC Strategy |
Case 1 |
- Actual idle engine speed is low during catalytic heating
|
- Poor connector connection
- Intake/exhaust system blocked
- Carbon deposition of throttle body
- Air leak on intake system
- Vacuum leaks
- Lack of fuel
- Faulty throttle body
|
| Case 2 |
- Actual idle engine speed is high during catalytic heating
|
| Enable Condition |
- More than 768 to 960 RPM at engine start
- Battery voltage is between 11V and 16V
- Coolant temperature above than 56°C (132.8°F)
- Accelerator pedal position less than 1.1%
- Vehicle speed less than 1 km/h (0.62 MPH)
- Without gear shifting
|
| Threshold Value |
Case 1 |
- Difference between the actual engine speed and the target engine speed is less than -150 RPM
- If idling torque is more than 23 Nm
|
| Case 2 |
- Difference between the actual engine speed and the target engine speed is more than 200 RPM
- If idling torque is less than -30 Nm
