DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • ECM internal monitoring
  1. Poor connector connection
  2. Faulty ECM
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Engine speed more than 32 RPM
Threshold Value Case 1
  • If an error is detected during Level 2 monitoring (ADC monitoring)
Case 2
  • If an error is detected during Level 2 monitoring (engine speed, APS, TPS, idle control, torque loss monitoring)
Case 3
  • If an error is detected during Level 2 monitoring (intake air monitoring)
Case 4
  • If an error is detected during Level 2 monitoring (smart assist system operation monitoring)
