DTC Information And Inspection: History

Clear the DTC and,

GDS Scantool: Conduct the list in "S/W Management"

1. Conduct "T/C Clutch Calibration".
2. Conduct "Power-down Calibration". (Calibrate learning value)
3. Actuation Test: Order the motor toque. (Conduct 100%)
4. Actuation Test: Order motor toque. (Conduct 0%)
5. Turn ignition switch OFF (wait for 10 seconds) and then, keep the engine ON.
6. See if DTC returns.
7. If DTC returns or there was a failure through the process 1 ~ 6.

   Replace 4WD ECU and check for proper operation.

   * (Replacing 4WD ECU) S/W Management: Back-up/Input learning value and Conduct "DTC Clutch Calibration".

8. If DTC returns after replacing 4WD ECU:

   Replace the transfer case (including 4WD ECU) and check for proper operation.

9. If DTC does not returns,

   The DTC is expected to intermittent fault that caused by the memory, which was not cleared after repair. Clear the DTC and go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair".
