    NOTE:
    • If the vehicle's parasitic current is consumed by more than 100 mA, abnormal signals from the battery sensors may be present, so if any abnormal signals from the battery sensors are emitted, perform a parasitic current inspection before proceeding with the replacement procedure of the battery sensors.
    • If the parasitic current inspection is normal, perform the below procedures after replace the battery sensor.
      1. Turn the ignition switch ON/OFF once, and then parking vehicle more than 4 hr at the room temperature. (Battery stability is required to measure the SOC initial value of the battery in the battery sensor)
      2. After 4 hours, check the SOC (State of charge) of the battery using the diagnosis tool.
      3. Start the engine ON and OFF more than twice, check the SOF (State of function) of the battery using the diagnosis tool.
    • If the vehicle with the battery sensor, note the below when replacing or charging the battery to prevent damage to the performance of the battery sensor.
      1. Note that replace the battery with the same specifications (capacity, manufacturer, etc.)
      2. Note that install the battery negative (-) terminal with the specified torques. If the over torque, PCB internal circuit and battery terminal can damage.
      3. When the battery charging, ground the negative (-) terminal to the chassis.
