- ECT at engine start more than 56°C (132.8°F)
- Battery voltage is between 11V and 16V
- Ambient air temperature model higher than -10°C (14°F)
- Operates over 250 - 500 seconds in partial load condition (engine speed over 1200 RPM, vehicle speed over 35 km/h, engine load over 4%) (depending on coolant temperature)
- Operates over 200 - 400 seconds under low load condition (fuel shut-off state or idling state with vehicle speed less than 20 km/h) (depending on coolant temperature)

| Case 3 |
- Battery voltage is between 11V and 16V
- Engine stop time is more than 360 minutes
- After engine start, engine coolant and engine oil temperature decreases below 2.5°C (36.5°F) for 15 seconds over 25 km/h (15.53 MPH) in vehicle speed
- After engine start, the ambient air temperature decreases below 2.0°C (35.6°F) for 15 seconds over 25 km/h (15.53 MPH) in vehicle speed
