Repair Procedures: Disassembly
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
- Remove the OAP cap (A).NOTE:
- When installing, replace with new OAP cap.
- Remove the pulley (A) after loosening the pulley nut.
- Remove the alternator cover (A) after loosening the mounting nut.
- Remove the brush holder assembly (A) after loosening the mounting bolt and nut.
- Remove the slip ring guide (A).
- Remove the 4 through bolts (A).
- Separate the rotor (A) and cover (B).
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
