Repair Procedures: Removal
- Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the battery negative (-) cable.
- Open the fuel filler door.
- Lift the vehicle.
- Remove the rear-LH wheel, tire, and the inner wheel house.
- Remove the canister assembly.
(Refer to Body - Emission Control System - "CANISTER ")
- Disconnect the fuel filler hose (A).
- Disconnect the ventilation quick connector (A).
- Disconnect the leveling quick connector (B).
- Remove the filler-neck assembly from the vehicle after removing the bracket mounting nuts (A).
Tightening torque:
9.8 - 11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7 lb-ft)
