Proximity Detection (PD) Signal Current Data Check (Disconnected The Charging Connector)
- Plug GDS to Data Link Connector. (DLC)
- Ignition "ON", EV ready "OFF".
- Disconnect charging connector. (charging not in progress)
- Execute "Current Data" in the VCMS system, and check the "Charging Connector Tightening Status" and "Proximity Detection (PD) Circuit Status" values.
Specification:
"Charging Connector Status": Display of "Disconnected"
"PD Circuit Status": Display of "Disconnected"
- According to the connection status of the charging connector, is the sensor data item normally displayed?
YES
- Go to next procedure.
NO
- Repair or replacement is necessary. Perform the following inspection procedure to determine the detailed fault location. (check charging terminal ground (GND), proximity detection (PD) signal inspection))
