Control Pilot (CP) Signal Circuit Open Check
- Ignition "OFF".
- Disconnect VCMS signal connector.
- Measure the resistance of both ends of the Control Pilot (CP) signal.
Specification: Approx. below 1Ω
Multi tester (+) ↔ Multi tester (-) Charging terminal (Vehicle) CP ↔ CP VCMS signal terminal - Is the measured value normal?
YES
- Go to next procedure.
NO
- Repair open or short in circuit and then go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
