Control Pilot (CP) Signal Circuit Short Check

  1. Ignition "OFF".
  2. Disconnect VCMS signal connector.
  3. Measure the resistance between the Control Pilot (CP) signal and the chassis ground (GND).

    Specification:  Infinity

    Multi tester (+) ↔ Multi tester (-)
    Charging terminal (Vehicle) CP ↔ GND Charging terminal (Vehicle)
  4. Is the measured value normal?

    YES 

    • Go to proper repair procedures.

    NO
