DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical Check
  1. Poor connector connection
  2. Faulty EWGA circuit
  3. Faulty EWGA
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Engine coolant temperature over 50°C (122°F)
  • Ambient air temperature over -10°C (14°F)
Threshold Value
  • Difference between the actual value and the target value exceeds 9 to 100% (depending on the set point gradient)
Diagnostic Time
  • 0.4 seconds
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
