Steering column module (SCM)

  1. Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
    CAUTION:
    • Wait at least 30 seconds after separating the cable.
    1. Remove the crash pad lower panel.

      (Refer to Body - "CRASH PAD LOWER PANEL ")

    2. Disconnect the steering column module connector.

    3. Loosen the steering column module bracket nuts and then remove the steering column module.

    4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
