DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical monitoring
  1. Poor connector connection
  2. Short to ground in harness
  3. Faulty variable oil pump solenoid valve
  4. Faulty ECM
Enable Condition
  • Battery voltage is between 9V and 16V
Threshold Value
  • When the short circuit to ground in the control circuit of the variable oil pump solenoid valve is detected
Diagnostic Time
  • -
MIL ON Condition
  • No MIL (Only DTC)
