Wipers Operate At High Speed; Switch In LO Position

Unplug wiper motor connector. Turn ignition on. Set wiper/washer switch to LO position. Using test light, probe Blue/Orange wire at wiper motor connector. If test light comes on, check for short to battery voltage in Blue/Orange wire between combination switch and wiper motor. Repair wire as necessary. If wire is okay, replace combination switch. If test light does not come on, replace wiper motor.
