Wipers Operate At High Speed With Front Wiper/Washer Switch In LO Position

Turn ignition to ON position. Set wiper/washer switch to LO position. Using test light, backprobe between wiper motor connector terminal No. 2 (Blue/Red wire) and ground. If test light illuminates, replace combination switch. If test light does not illuminate, replace wiper motor.
