Wiper Motor Runs Continuously With Ignition Switch In On Position
- Disconnect junction block Blue 6-pin connector, located behind left kick panel. Turn ignition switch to ON position. If rear wiper motor operates, go to next step. If rear wiper motor does not operate, replace rear wiper motor.
- Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Disconnect rear wiper/washer switch connector. Turn ignition switch to ON position. If wiper operates, repair short to battery voltage in Orange wire between rear wiper/washer switch and rear wiper motor. If wiper does not operate, check for short to battery voltage in Blue/Green wire between rear wiper/washer switch and rear wiper motor. If wire is okay, replace rear wiper/washer switch.
