Window Motor/Regulator Assembly
NOTE:
Power window motor and regulator can only be serviced as an assembly.
- Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove armrest and door trim panel. See DOOR TRIM . Pull water deflector away sufficiently to access window-to-regulator bolts. Remove 2 window-to-regulator bolts and lift window from door.
- Remove 4 bolts, one nut and inner door panel brace. Disconnect power window motor connector. Remove 3 motor/regulator mounting bolts and nuts. Remove motor/regulator assembly. See Fig 1 . To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten motor/regulator assembly bolts and nuts to 62 INCH lbs. (7 N.m). Tighten inner door panel brace to 11 ft. lbs. (15 N.m).
