Circuit Tests: Notes

NOTE: Geo uses two types of diagnostic connectors. Duty check Data Link Connector (duty check DLC) and OBD-II Data Link Connector (DLC). In this article, duty check DLC refers to 6-pin diagnostic connector. Connector is located next to left strut tower in engine compartment. DLC refers to 16-pin diagnostic connector located under instrument panel used for scan tool hook-up.
NOTE: Ensure battery condition, cranking speed, and fuel quantity/quality are okay before performing CIRCUIT TESTS .
