Removal & Installation

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove driver's seat and HO2S harness access plug from floor pan. Raise and support vehicle. Unplug harness connector and remove HO2S from exhaust pipe.
  2. To install HO2S, coat threads with anti-seize compound. Tighten HO2S to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Connect negative battery cable. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. After installing HO2S, start engine and check for exhaust leaks.
