Wipers Operate At High Speed With Wiper/Washer Switch In LO Position

Disconnect wiper motor connector. Turn ignition switch to ON position. Move wiper/washer switch to LO position. Connect test light between wiper motor harness connector terminal No. 2 (Blue/Orange wire) and ground. If test light illuminates, check for short to battery voltage in Blue/Orange wire between combination switch and wiper motor. If circuit is okay, replace combination switch. If test light does not illuminate, replace wiper motor.
