Traction Control: Anti-Lock: Description
The Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) is designed to prevent wheel lock-up during hard braking, allowing driver to maintain vehicle control. System consists of ABS control unit, modulator unit, wheel sensors, gear pulsers (trigger wheels), ABS indicator light, master cylinder, power booster assembly and connecting wiring. See Fig 1 . ABS hydraulic circuit is a 4-channel brake system that individually controls front and rear wheels.
