Display Diagnosis (without navigation with USB adapter): Notes

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 7 other vehicles, including the 2017 Honda Odyssey, 2016 Honda Odyssey, 2015 Honda Odyssey, 2014 Honda Odyssey, and 2013 Honda Odyssey. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

NOTE:

Check the vehicle battery condition first (see BATTERY TEST ).
This diagnosis is applied to the audio display-USB adapter control unit (without navigation with USB adapter) only.
Not all self-diagnostic functions appear on all models.
There may be other self-diagnostic functions that are for factory use only.

Turn the ignition switch to ON (II). Make sure the audio system is turned off.
Push and hold the preset No. 1, No. 3, and No. 5 buttons.
While holding the buttons, push the VOLUME/POWER knob. The system version is displayed.
Release the buttons, then push the DISPLAY button, the Display Diagnostics menu screen appears.

Turn the SELECTOR knob to select the diagnosis, then press the SELECTOR knob to enter your selection.
NOTE: The Software Update and the Software Version are factory use only.
To end the self-diagnostic function, turn the audio system off, or turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
