DTC 1501, 2703: Aircon System Error; Aircon Diag.
- Check the vehicle battery condition first.
- Check any official Honda service website for more service information about the navigation system.
- Check for B-CAN DTCs and resolve them before troubleshooting.
- Before you troubleshoot, make sure to follow GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION .
- When the ignition switch is in ACCESSORY (I), the A/C unit is turned off. The navigation loses communication with the A/C unit and stores DTC 1501 and/or 2703. Therefore, there is a possibility that the system is normal even though DTC 1501 and/or 2703 is stored. Check system links (see SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC MODE ) with the engine running, and if it appears OK, the system is OK at this time. If it is NG, do the following troubleshooting.
- Clear the hard error code (see HOW TO CLEAR ERROR HISTORY ).
- Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), then back to ON (II).
- Go into the Diagnostic Menu, and select the Self-Diagnosis Mode in the Select Diagnosis Items menu (see SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIC MODE ).
- Check the System Links.
