Tailgate Release Actuator/Tailgate Latch Switch (Without Power Tailgate)

The MICU receives an ON signal from the tailgate outer handle, then the MICU outputs a signal to the tailgate release actuator, and the tailgate release actuator unlocks the tailgate latch. The tailgate latch switch is the ON/OFF switch that detects the opening/closing of the tailgate. If the tailgate release actuator is abnormal, the tailgate may be opened manually with the release lever.
