DTC P1D7F: General Description
Symptom 1
When an overcurrent (short circuit current) passes through the IGBT at the generator motor side, the power control unit (PCU) detects a trouble (SC) with the GDIC function and, at the same time when outputting a failure information (SC) to the motor control module, blocks a gate signal. If it is detected for the specified time that the SC signal is unmatched with the CAN information (GEN FO) from the power drive unit (PDU) (SC side: Abnormal, GEN FO side: Normal), the motor control module in the PCU detects a malfunction and stores a DTC.
Symptom 2
When a trouble with the power supply which drives the IGBT at the generator motor side occurs, the PCU detects a trouble (F15V) with the GDIC function and, at the same time when outputting a failure information (F15V) to the motor control module, blocks a gate signal. If it is detected for the specified time that the F15V signal is unmatched with the CAN information (GEN FO) from the PDU (F15V side: Abnormal, GEN FO side: Normal), the motor control module in the PCU detects a malfunction and stores a DTC.
