Trunk Lid Release Actuator/Trunk Lid Latch Switch

The body control module receives an ON signal from the trunk lid opener switch or the trunk lid outer handle switch, which then outputs a signal to the trunk lid release actuator, and unlocks the trunk latch. The trunk lid latch switch is the ON/OFF switch that detects the opening/closing of the trunk. If the trunk lid release actuator is abnormal, the trunk lid may be opened manually with the release lever.
