DTC Troubleshooting: B1075 (Relay Control Module): Inspection

H/L_ON_SW Circuit Inspection 

Test Procedure 

• Preparation
  • Combination light switch connector (12P): disconnected
  • Relay control module connector C (18P): disconnected
  • Body control module connector A (66P): disconnected
  • Left headlight connector (8P): disconnected
  • Right headlight connector (8P): disconnected
  • Automatic lighting/rain sensor connector (5P) (with automatic wiper): disconnected
  • Automatic lighting control unit-sensor connector (5P) (without automatic wiper): disconnected
• Procedure
  • Perform the inspection according to the following table.

			(Disconnected) Combination light switch connector (12P) female terminals	(Disconnected) Relay control module connector C (18P) female terminals

	H/L_ON_SW open wire inspection	OFF			There is less than 1 Ohms
	Refer to the Open/Shorted Wire Inspection Description for the method to inspect the shorted circuit below, then start to inspect according to circumstances.
	H/L_ON_SW shorted to ground inspection	OFF			There is more than 1 MOhms

Results 

• If abnormal, there is a problem in the circuit.
• If it is normal, there is a problem with the relay control module.
