- Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) is less than 104°F (40°C).
- Intake Air Temperature (IAT) is less than 113°F (45°C).
- Difference between ECT and IAT is 18°F (10°C) or less.
- Battery voltage is 10-18 volts.
- Fuel level is 15-18 percent.
