Installation Procedure

  1. Lightly lubricate the fuel tank pressure sensor seal with clean engine oil.
    2. IMPORTANT: Ensure that the fuel pressure sensor sits between the alignment feature in the fuel tank module.
  2. Firmly press down on top of the fuel pressure sensor, in order to install the sensor into the fuel tank module.

  3. Connect the fuel tank pressure sensor electrical connector (1).
  4. Install the left rear wheelhouse liner. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement in Body Rear End.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
