Window Motor: Removal

Remove door inside handle bezel. Remove door trim panel screws. Using a trim tool, remove door trim panel. Disconnect power window switch and door courtesy light connectors.
Remove door handle mounting bracket and inside door handle. Remove speaker and door vapor barrier. Remove door glass stopper catch. See Fig 1 or Fig 2 .
If not replacing window glass, it is not necessary to remove door glass stopper. Loosen window glass carrier plate mounting bolts in regulator channel. Remove power window regulator mounting bolts and remove regulator. Remove power window motor from regulator.
