Bench Testing: Brushes

Replace brushes if worn to limit. See Fig 1. Replace all brush springs if any springs are damaged or corroded.
To remove brushes from holder, unsolder pigtail from terminal. See Fig 2. To replace, install brush into the brush holder and solder lead wire.
