Camshaft









Tighten the bearing caps to the specified torque in two or three steps as shown.

Bearing cap bolt: ............14 - 15 Nm (140 - 150 kg.cm, 10 - 11 ft. lbs.)



Cam height [Standard value]
Intake:............44.820 mm (1.7646 inch)
Exhaust:.............44.720 mm (1.7606 inch)
[Limit]
Intake: ............44.720 mm (1.7606 inch)
Exhaust: ............44.620 mm (1.7567 inch)


Camshaft end play:............0.1 - 0.2 mm (0.004 - 0.008 inch)


Cylinder head cover:.............8 - 10 Nm (80 - 100 kg.cm, 6 - 7 ft. lbs.)
Center cover:............2.5 - 3.5 Nm (25 - 35 kg.cm, 2 - 3 ft. lbs.)


Camshaft sprocket bolt:............100 - 120 Nm (1000 - 1200 kg.cm, 74 - 89 ft. lbs.)

Cylinder head cover bolts:............8 - 10 Nm (80 - 100 kg.cm, 6 - 7 ft. lbs.)

Timing belt cover:............8 -10 Nm (80 - 100 kg.cm, 6 - 7 ft. lbs.)
