Exhaust Manifold:

Heat protector to exhaust manifold 12 - 15 Nm (9 - 11 ft. lbs.)
Exhaust manifold to cylinder head (self locking nut) 25 - 30 Nm (18 - 22 ft. lbs.)
Oxygen sensor to exhaust manifold 40 - 50 Nm (29 - 36 ft. lbs.)
Front exhaust pipe to exhaust manifold nut 30 - 40 Nm (22 - 29 ft. lbs.)
