General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

  • Monitor signal voltage
  1. Poor connection
  2. Open in harness
  3. HO2S (B2/S1)

General Enable Conditions
  • Target lambda = 1
  • Battery voltage > 10.7V
  • Upstream O2S Heater control On
Case1 Enable Conditions
  • Downstream O2S voltage > 0.55V
Threshold Value
  • 0.06V < Upstream O2S voltage < 0.4V
Diagnostic Time
  • 15 sec
Case2 Enable Conditions
  • Downstream O2S voltage < 0.15V
  • Dew point end check
Threshold Value
  • 0.6V < Upstream O2S voltage < 1.08V
Diagnostic Time
  • 10 sec
Case3 Enable Conditions
  • Time after dew point end detected > 10 sec
Threshold Value
  • Counter of Δ 'Upstream O2S voltage' > 2V during 0.04sec after heater on->off > 5 times
MIL On Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycles
