Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
  2. Open the cap and then remove the accelerator pedal module (A) after loosening the mounting bolt.

    Tightening Torque: 

    8.8 - 13.7 N.m (0.9 - 1.4 kgf.m, 6.5 - 10.1 lb-ft)

  3. Disconnect the accelerator pedal connector (A).
