DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
Main Action
  • Monitor downstream HO2S signal
  1. Poor connection or damaged harness
  2. Rear HO2S
Prerequisite Condition
  • Battery voltage is between 10V and 16V.
Threshold Value
  • Downstream HO2S signal voltage is higher than 0.2V when lambda set point equals to 1.15.
Diagnosis Time
  • 7 seconds after lambda set point is shifted to corresponding side
MIL On Condition
  • 3rd Driving Cycle
