Canister Close Valve (CCV): Inspection
- Turn the ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect the Canister Close Valve (CCV) connector.
- Measure resistance between the Canister Close Valve (CCV) terminals 1 and 2.
- Check that the resistance is within the specification.
Specification : 19 - 22 [20°C (68°F)]
- Disconnect the vapor hose connected with the canister from the CCV.
- Connect a vacuum pump to the nipple.
- Apply vacuum to the valve with the battery power (B+) applied.
Specification : Vacuum maintained
