Driver's Switch
- Turn ignition on. Using an analog voltmeter, backprobe driver's seat switch connector. Battery voltage should exist between terminals No. 1 (Yellow wire) and No. 4 (Black wire). If battery voltage does not exist, repair Yellow wire to fuse panel, or Black wire to ground.
- Operate any driver's seat control switch. Backprobe terminal No. 3. If meter does not indicate approximately 1.0-1.6 volts, switch is defective. Repeat step 2) for each switch position.
- Release switch. Backprobe terminal No. 3. If meter does not indicate approximately zero volts, switch is defective.
