Throttle Control Module (TCM)
On harness side measure voltage between terminals No. 10 or 20, and terminals No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 14 and 15. See Figure and Figure . See TCM PIN VOLTAGE table. If voltage is not as specified, repair wiring harness circuit or replace component as necessary. See WIRING DIAGRAMS.
TCM PIN VOLTAGE
| Terminal No. - Circuit | Condition | Voltage |
| 2 - Throttle Opening Signal | Ignition On | Approximately 0.3-3.3 Volts, Voltage Varies With Throttle Opening Angle |
| 3 - Secondary Throttle Sensor | Vehicle Running | Approximately 0.4-4.4 Volts, Voltage Varies With Secondary Throttle Valve Opening Angle |
| 4 - Secondary Throttle Signal | Vehicle Running | Approximately 0.3-3.3 Volts, Voltage Is 3/4 Of Voltage At Secondary Throttle Sensor |
| 5 - Engine Temp. | Engine Running | Approximately 0-5 Volts, Sensor For TCM Voltage Varies With Engine Temperature |
| 7 - TCS Switch | Ignition On | Approximately 10 Volts |
| 14 - Throttle Motor Relay | Ignition On | Approximately 1.5 Volts |
| 15 - Power Supply For Sensor | Ignition On | Approximately 5 Volts |
