Time Control Unit (TCU) is located near left kick panel on Hybrid Electric Control (HEC) unit (fuse panel). See Figure
. Perform TCU power and ground circuit checks before trouble shooting by symptom. TCU operates several different systems. The following circuit test procedures only check circuits that control intermittent wiper and washer operation.
