INTELLIGENT KEY : Diagnosis Procedure

- CHECK INTELLIGENT KEY SYSTEM (REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY FUNCTION)
Lock/unlock door with Intelligent Key.
Refer to "REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY FUNCTION : SYSTEM DIAGRAM " (Coupe models) or "REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY FUNCTION : SYSTEM DIAGRAM " (Roadster models).
Is the inspection result normal?
YES: Go to 2.
NO: Check Intelligent Key system (remote keyless entry function). Refer to "DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE " (Coupe models) or "DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE " (Roadster models).
- CHECK HOOD SWITCH
Check hood switch.
Refer to "COMPONENT FUNCTION CHECK ".
Is the inspection result normal?
YES: Go to 3.
NO: Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
- CONFIRM THE OPERATION
Confirm the operation again.
Is the result normal?
YES: Check intermittent incident. Refer to "INTERMITTENT INCIDENT ".
NO: Go to 1.
