Operation Condition

If the following conditions are not satisfied, trunk open operation is not performed even if the trunk lid opener request switch is operated.

Trunk open operation
  • Panic alarm is not activated
  • Vehicle speed is less than 5 km/h (3 MPH)
  • Intelligent Key is within outside key antenna (rear bumper) detection area (If trunk lid is closed)
  • Trunk lid opener cancel switch is ON
