Adjusts the neutral position of the steering angle sensor.
CAUTION:
For vehicles with VDC, adjust the steering angle sensor neutral position on the ABS actuator control unit side. Refer to DESCRIPTION (VDC/TCS/ABS TYPE1) or DESCRIPTION (VDC/TCS/ABS TYPE2).
