The clutch assembly is a single disc type with a diaphragm spring to engage pressure plate. On Trooper II the clutch is operated by a firewall mounted master cylinder and clutch housing mounted slave cylinder. On Pickup clutch is either hydraulically operated or mechanically controlled by the clutch pedal, clutch cable, return spring, release fork and prelubricated release bearing.
