Control Module: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

PREPARATION: Disconnect negative (-) battery cable.

1. Front console
2. Wiring harness connector. Disconnect PCM wiring harness connectors from PCM.
3. PCM:





a. Remove two PCM retaining screws.
b. Remove two brackets from PCM.

INSTALLATION

NOTE: To install, follow the removal steps in the reverse order.

1. PCM:
a. Install two brackets to PCM.
b. Install two PCM retaining screws.
2. Wiring harness connector. Connect PCM wiring harness connectors to PCM.
3. Front console. Connect negative (-) battery cable.
