Diagnostic Aids

Inspect for poor connections or damaged connectors. Observe ACTUAL EGR POSITION display on scan tool while moving all related harnesses and connectors. Ensure EGR is properly mounted. Check for sign of restricted exhaust. Review FAILURE RECORDS data to determine vehicle mileage since DTC was last set.
