Code Enable Criteria

Following conditions must be met for DTC diagnostic test to run:

• No Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor, Throttle Position (TP) sensor, Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor or Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor DTCs are stored.
• No Fuel Vapor Pressure (FVP) sensor DTCs are stored.
• Barometer (BARO) pressure is 70 kPa or more.
• Fuel level is between 40-85 percent.
• Throttle angle less than 3 percent.
• Engine speed is less than 1200 RPM.
• Vehicle speed is less than 5 mph.
• A vacuum decay condition, indicating a very small leak, is detected during diagnostic test.
