Brake Switch (Cruise Control): Service and Repair

Removal

Component Location:

1. Detach the driver side instrument panel lower panel.
1. Remove the retaining screws.
2. Unclip the lower panel.
3. Detach the driver side instrument panel lower panel.





2. Disconnect the headlamp adjustment switch.





3. Remove the drivers air duct.
1. Remove the air duct retaining screw.
2. Remove the drivers air duct.





4. Remove the speed control deactivator switch.
1. Disconnect the speed control deactivator switch electrical connector.
2. Remove the speed control deactivator switch.


Installation
1. To install reverse the removal procedure
Adjust the speed control deactivator switch. Adjustments
