Climate Control System - Diagnostic Procedures

NOTE:
All air conditioning (A/C) related tests should be run in an ambient temperature of at least 10°C (50°F).
- Verify the customer concern by operating the system.
- Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical or electrical damage.
- Listen for any unusual noises during climate control system operation.
- Inspect the air conditioning (A/C) system with an ultraviolet (UV) lamp for traces of UV sensitive leak trace dye.Visual Inspection Chart
Mechanical Electrical - Coolant level
